I build ML systems that turn behavioral data into measurable impact — at scale. Over the past 12 years at Amazon, I\'ve led teams of engineers and research scientists to ship production ML systems that collectively drive hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Most recently as a Software Development Manager, I led a 17-person org owning the ML platform that powers customer targeting and engagement across 12+ countries. Some of what I\'ve built: — A real-time engagement prediction service for Amazon Homepage, combining PyTorch inference on SageMaker, Redis-backed behavioral signals, and image LLMs for creative understanding. It delivered 500bps+ in relevance improvement and $178MM in cumulative revenue. — A continuous ML optimization system using bandit algorithms and neural networks that shifted our segmentation approach from heuristics to closed-loop optimization — generating $248MM in incremental revenue. — A generalized campaign pacing and impression allocation framework that now manages 90% of impressions on Amazon Homepage\'s Window Display, onboarding 12 businesses with heterogeneous KPIs and eliminating hundreds of VP-level escalations. What excites me next is applying this foundation — real-time ML, behavioral modeling, large-scale data systems — to problems that matter more directly to people.
