Dear Friends, I am Prof. Ashok B. Kolekar, a dedicated and highly qualified English language professional, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in English and Communication Skills @BSIET, Kolhapur, Maharashtra,India. With over 16 years of experience in teaching English language, Soft Skills, Life Skills, and SIP-UHV (Universal Human Values), I have cultivated a track record of impactful instruction and coaching, empowering individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential. My career is built upon a commitment to innovation, and I am passionate about incorporating technology to enrich the learning experience. I hold a Master’s degree in English, awarded with first-class honors, and a diploma in German language. Additionally, I have achieved qualifications in both the NET and SET examinations and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at Shivaji University. My academic journey has been enriched by my diverse teaching experience with students from backgrounds as varied as B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, M.A, Diploma in Engineering, B.Tech, and M.Tech. Alongside my academic expertise, I bring a strong industry background, having worked at Infosys BPO Ltd, Pune, which further sharpened my perspective on language in the professional world. In my ongoing journey of learning, I completed a certification in Blockchain Technology and a Diploma in Graphics Animation, equipping me to remain versatile in a technology-driven environment. In addition to my teaching roles, I am a published author, contributing research articles to international journals and career guidance books, and recently co-authored Unstoppable: A Complete Metamorphosis of Personality, a motivational book aimed at personal growth. My latest book, The English Language Proficiency Training Program, has quickly become a bestseller, receiving acclaim from students and academicians alike for its innovative approach to English language learning. My commitment to social transformation led me to work with SGBS Unnati Foundation in Bengaluru, where I was trained on Employability Skills to uplift underprivileged youth by providing vocational training with a 100% placement guarantee in both local and metropolitan cities.
