Two decades of experience working in data science. In the current role as a data science consultant, analyze and visualize large scale datasets generated in genomics and proteomics platforms.Previously worked as the Director of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics at a successful startup Sera Prognostics, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT. Prior to that, worked as the lead bioinformatics data scientist for proteomics at the Translational Genomics Research Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and as a Senior Scientist in Bioinformatics at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Washington.
