ABOUT ASHOK SRINIVASAN G.

Salesforce ->Part of the Commerce Cloud Developer Support team, specialising in Headless - PWA (rebranded as Composable Storefront). Responsible for troubleshooting and debugging customer issues, monitoring real time site traffic and act as a communication link between the Engineering team and the customer. Technology stack used: Reactjs, Nodejs, Javascript ES6, AWS Services, Commerce API, OCAPI, Commerce Cloud ( demandware)Capgemini ->Trained in Java Full Stack Development as part of the Fresher Learning Program(FLP) and finished the program as one of the toppers. As a result, was enrolled in the NGT(Next Generation Talent) practice and received exposure to the latest technologies. Onboarded the AXA France project in March 2019 as a Java Developer (fresher) and worked on 2 scalable Website applications MARC-MY and MARC-TH as part of the 5 man AGILE team. Technology stack used: Java 8, Hibernate, MySQL, JSF Primefaces, JIRA, Sourcetree, Sonarqube, Bootstrap.Shifted to the AXA Partners project in October 2019 and handled 2 Website applications Axahomecare and ROD(Renovation on Demand) as a Production Support/Developer. Technology stack used: Angularjs, Nodejs, Expressjs, IBM Db2, IBM Cloud(CI-CD), Bootstrap.In December 2019, was given responsibility as a Team lead, to further develop an existing application: Domelec-Front Office. Technology stack used: Reactjs, Redux, React Thunk, Azure DevOps.Joined the Migration to Cloud(MtC) team in March 2020, and successfully migrated the AXA Partners application to the AzurePaaS over the course of 4 months.Key Achievements:September 2019 -> Awarded Delivery Excellence AwardSeptember 2020 -> Awarded Pat on Back AwardOctober 2021-> Actively contributed to the Salesforce open sourced pwa-kit project and managed to get 6 PRs mergedJuly 2022-> Received the \'Art of Service\' award for maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 4.85 over 57 surveysNovember 2023 -> Received the spot award bonus for my performance during the holiday weekJune 2024 -> Won the first prize in the APAC Commerce Cloud hackathonEducation ->Graduated in B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering(CSE) from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi NCR (Formerly known as SRM University). Proficient in verbal and communication skills. Additional creative skills include Adobe Photoshop, Construct 2, Unity3D, Comic Creation, Multi-Instrumentalist( Guitar, Keyboard and Drums).Fun Fact: I have 10 years+ experience as a Voice Artiste for Tamil Radio/TV ads.
