Software Management, L2/L3 Technical Support: Provide Technical IT supports to client for TotalEnergies project in FRENCH/English as Globally wise. Manage and taking the lead for small French team. Handle Incident/Catalog/out of catalog request for users by using ITSM tool ServiceNow. Monitoring status of incident/Catalog request & ensure that services are provided according to service level agreements and customer expectations. Review and process the requests for Vision Cloud, Catalog and Out of Catalog for completeness, clarity, and correct prioritization. As per the user request Approved/Reject/Cancel the Catalog/Vision cloud or out of catalog request. If the package is available for requested software, then push the package for software installation in SCCM Tool. If the package/software is not available then process the OOC request by fixing appointment with users for manual software installation by taking user remote control. Basic/Advanced Troubleshooting on Windows/Software and web-based applications. Identify the issue and resolve it. Escalate the ticket to concern team if required. Provide the daily work status in meeting call with FRANCE management team.
