He is also leading two regional advisories for the World Bank on \"Clean Energy Transition and Employment Impacts\" and \"Unlocking the Electric-Mobility Opportunities, Strategies and Solutions\".In India, manages the World Bank’s $300m energy efficiency lending operation with EESL, and $43m Partial Risk Sharing Facility for Energy Efficiency project with SIDBI, for supporting ESCO-implemented energy efficiency projects. Eearlier since 2012, had led the World Bank team that worked with Saudi Energy Efficiency Program to help the development and establishment of Tarshid as a Saudi Super ESCO in 2017, design the high efficiency air conditioner deployment program, and prepare the Saudi Energy Savings Measurement and Verification guidelines
