Responsible for Overseeing all the critical and BAU Incidents during the assigned shift and Serving as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expertise and guidance to resolve them.2. Monitor and support all kinds of End-of-Day and Beginning-of-Day processing which is one of the top most critical events that happens every night through the control-m tool. and Bring all the relevant parties together on a bridge call in case of any issue with EOD-BOD processing that can lead to missing the agreed SLAs.3. Provide support for all different kinds of control-m job failures to meet the aggressive SLAs related to Statements, Reports, Backups, price load, price scrubbing, data transfer, etc.4. Initiate a Major Incident Management process by Setting up an Incident call in case of any service degradation and full outage for the customer. and bring all the relevant technical and business stakeholders on a bridge call for troubleshooting towards the issue mitigation.5. Timely handle the Incident communications to all the stakeholders.6. Perform problem management by following up with different teams for existing problem tickets.7. Responsible for overseeing weekly urgent hotfix deployment changes, quarterly new releases deployments, and other changes along with other critical events like onboarding new clients.6. coordinate with multiple external vendors like Bloomberg, TeleSign, etc for different issues. eg. any price feeds or files that are delayed or not received etc.7. Monitor IT infrastructure, systems, and applications for performance issues and failures and Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on priorities and skill sets.8. Approve service now RITM requests to update different schemas of primary and secondary databases.
