I integrate electronic systems with equipment to acquire process parameters, and I use inductive automation platforms, AVEVA SCADA, AVEVA Historian, MES POMS systems, Factory Talk SE, Factory Talk Asset Center, Factory Talk historian, Niagara N4 BAS, Delta V DCS Batch, Vaisala ViewLinc Enterprise Server EMS, BACnet IP, Ethernet IP, Modbus, Lonworks, TCP/IP, ODBC, MS SQL, Oracle SQL developer, OPC/ UA Server, PLC tags, and HMI integration to configure and track the electronic batch processes. I administrate the automated systems and maintain and query the SQL database. I work in FDA and MHRA regulated, cGMP environments, and I handle investigations, deviations, and CAPAs. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of the pharmaceutical processes and products through automation and innovation.
