I’m a Self-directed and driven biotechnology professional with comprehensive accomplishments leading product development, research, testing and supporting cross functional teams to ensure success and achieve implementation goals. I have found that nothing satisfies me more than solving problems, developing new strategies and contributing the overall growth of the business. I am driven by developing new work bench protocols that makes bench scientist to deliver the work with quality and in short turnaround time. Over the last 9 years, I\'ve held a number of roles Like Research Assistant, Research Scientist, Project Associate, Production lead, Team Lead, Lab Manager to achieve organizational goals. Prior to joining LifeCell international, I oversaw lab operations at Clevergene Biocrop Pvt Ltd.I love change managements, turnarounds, strategically fixing problems and fueling growth. I love balancing the two sides of every business equation (supply and demand) and vertical management roles.I’ve spent the last 9 years learning everything there is to know about the Life science industry – from head to toe. For more than 5 years, I’ve been learning the INS and OUTs of Next generation sequencing – what it is, how to be better at it than the rest, and how to help others with it. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as Assistant Manager for LifeCell International, where I’m responsible for Planning and Executing Sequencing.I’m always happy to connect with like-minded Industry professionals.
