Hospitals rarely fail because they lack policies, protocols or SOPs.They fail because systems do not consistently support the right behaviours.With over three decades of experience across medical services, accreditation, statutory compliance and healthcare leadership, I focus on one core question.How do we design hospital systems that make safe, efficient care the default.
