ABOUT ASHOK KUMAR JUNEJA

I, aged around 63 years, am an advocate enrolled with Delhi Bar Association and am also a Registered Insolvency Professional (IP) with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI)(a certificate of registration with IBBI is attached). ​I am already acting as ​(i)​ a Resolution Professional (RP) in one of the company and ​(ii)​​ ​ a Voluntary Liquidator in another company. ​We have also completed three processes as IRP.​ (one by me and two by one of my director in IPE) I have also handled quite a few cases as an advocate under Sections 7 and 9 of IBC. Besides this, we are also assisting a few IRPs/RPs for their legal compliances and representing them before Hon\'ble NCLT. I am also empanelled with State Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank and Andhra Bank as an Insolvency Professional.​ I am ​Founder & ​Managing Partner of a multi-disciplinary Law Firm known as MANTRAH LAW HOUSE LLP (a part of renowned Mantrah Group which is engaged in providing the various types of Managerial, financial, legal and other commercial consultancies). I am a Law Graduate (LL.B), Company Secretary (FCS), Cost Accountant (ACMA), Diploma in Business Finance (DBF), NSE Certification in Financial Market (NCFM), Advance Diploma in Computer Application (ADICA) and M.Com etc. I have also undergone Foundation Course for Investment Professionals from European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. I have an overall experience of more than 40 years in Corporate Laws including Appearances in Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), DRT, District Courts, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and various other Tribunals in respect of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFESI Act 2002, Negotiable Instruments Act, SEBI, ​FEMA, Consumer Protection Act etc. for Recovery, Civil & Commercial suits, Corporate Restructuring and Merger & Amalgamation etc.
