Summary of Experience Having more than 39 years of experience in Plant operation, Gas contract management with various Public and private sectors for entire Fertilizer complex, Lesioning with various government authorities for Fertilizer policies also with Ministry of environment and Forest (MOEF), Central and State Pollution control board, Central ground water Board. Influenced the GAIL authorities to revise the Gas contract terms and condition for GTA (Gas transport Agreement) to optimize the cost of Ship or Pay. It resulted to a benefit more than 60 million rupees, increased to 280 million rupees of bottom line impact to the Yara presently. Initiated at informal meeting with few fertilizers corporates to persuade with Reliance on ship or pay terms to reduce the cost for Yara and accordingly for other Fertilizer plants. Acted as change agent to reconsider the norms for Unrecognized fixed cost subsidy from FICC along with FAI and Fertilizer corporates. Deputed as a Project leader along with operation and maintenance team at Notore Fertilizer (Port Harcourt – Nigeria) to enhance the productivity. Plant load and reliability had been enhanced by 20% Which is appreciated by MD of Tata Chemicals and Notore Chemicals and Fertilizer.
