Ashnut is a passionate Actuarial Science Educator, Minimalist & a Qualified Fellow Actuary. He has nearly 10 years of experience across different actuarial domains.He has specialization in Finance & Investment. All the 15 actuarial exams that he has cleared, has been cleared in first attempt. He has secured All India Rank 1 in CT6, SP5 & SP6 from IAI & scored 93 out of 100 in CT6 from IFoA. He holds the joint distinction of clearing maximum number of papers (3) in one sitting from IAI. He has also cleared CP1, SP5 & SP6 together in one sitting from IFoA.He has completed his graduation in B.Sc Economics Hons from Calcutta University & had secured the highest marks in the B.Sc department. His strong ability & capacity to analyze & infer from data, the satisfaction he receives from solving complex mathematical problems & the passion towards numbers led him to pursue & excel in Actuarial Science.His constant knack towards finance led him to actively follow stock market from school days itself & he has been actively investing for past 15 years with deep interest in managing ones personal finance. He has spent last 9 years utilizing his actuarial knowledge as a teacher & mentor to budding actuaries across the globe. These experiences along with the coupled knowledge in Actuarial Science allowed him to not only secure a sound fundamental understanding of his area of pursuance but has also helped him hone his communication skills & adopt a proactive problem-solving attitude.His current life goal is To make a meaningful & impactful positive difference in the lives of his students through his teaching & mentorship. Contribute towards growth of his employer through his high quality professional technical work & management.Through his teaching he wants to leave a long lasting positive impact on his students. Achieving financial independence would give him the freedom & ability to take decisions that would satisfy his thirst for knowledge across various fields, allow him to contribute significantly towards the organization he works for & also allow to impart consistent quality education, unbiased guidance & important life lessons to his students.
