I\'m an operations and people leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - the person who connects the dots between HR, Finance, IT, Operations and leadership to make organizations actually work.Over 15+ years in professional services, I\'ve built a career around solving complex organizational problems; standing up resource planning frameworks from scratch, leading enterprise technology implementations, orchestrating firm-wide change initiatives, and advising senior leaders on workforce strategy and business operations. Whether I\'m serving as an EOS Integrator, chairing an AI governance working group, or redesigning how a firm tracks and allocates its most important asset - it\'s people - I bring a systems-level perspective to every challenge. What I do best is translate strategy into structure. I hear what leadership is trying to accomplish, identify what\'s getting in the way, and build the operational infrastructure to close the gap.
