Revitalized Sigma Solve’s outbound strategy by activating Apollo.io, segmenting 800+ CEOs, founders, and VPs across health & fitness, logistics, manufacturing, and retail, and running A/B-tested sequences that delivered a 22% open rate, 5% reply rate, and booked 2 qualified discovery calls. • Built a self-serve org chart web app with n8n, Google Workspace, and Google Apps Script serving 250+ employees (including 15 executives) with instant “Who reports to whom?” lookups, cutting manual lookup time from minutes to seconds and saving 50-60 hours/month. • Automated leave management by ingesting daily HRMS spreadsheets via n8n, normalizing data into JSON, and deploying a Google Apps Script dashboard that answers 6 natural language leave queries/month in seconds, eliminating error-prone manual reporting. • Created high-impact design and video assets including Figma proof-of-concept mockups to guide a homepage revamp; an investor demo video using Pictory.ai, Adobe After Effects, VN Video Editor, and ElevenLabs AI voiceover; and a modular Canva lead magnet template slated for over leads associated with Shopify Plus. • Designed an AI Hacker House pitch deck in Canva for Sigma’s CTO to present to 50 AI founders in Tulum, sparking 2 partnership conversations and now adopted as the company\'s standard customer-facing presentation.
