I have finished my bachelor\'s degree in renal dialysis technology at rajiv gandhi University Bangalore india,i have 7 years experience in this field of dialysis in india.currently iam working at Kauvery hospital as a shift incharge in the department of nephrology,and my job involves Managing dialysis unit,assigning staffs and teaching and training staffs and students. i perform AVF and AVG cannulation,take care of catheters, connect to the machine and take caring patients during treatment, managing all the complications during treatment,give medicines to the patients,take care of ICU renal replacement therapies and plasmapheresis, manage dialysis unit, training new staffs and students as a technologist, i would be able to continue to learn about providing quality healthcare to all individuals.
