About Ashneet Kalra

I’ve always been curious about patterns.The kind that subtly show up in people’s stories; the turning points, beliefs, and the past experiences that echo in present choices.That curiosity led me to study Psychology at Lady Shri Ram College (University of Delhi) and pursue my Master’s at Banaras Hindu University. Along the way, I’ve explored different applications of the field- from researching modern dating dynamics to studying crime patterns and victim profiles.But some of my most meaningful learning has happened outside classrooms.As a crisis intervention volunteer with the Vandrevala Foundation and a psychology trainee at the Trauma Centre (BHU) and the Deva Institute of Healthcare and Research, I’ve engaged closely with and aided people navigating psychosocial overwhelm.More recently, working with CareEmo as their Mental Health Advisor, I’ve become interested in what happens when psychology moves beyond academic spaces and, into tech.I’m driven by curiosity and the challenge of translating psychological insight into real-world impact.
