Responsible for managing a service delivery team in a high-quality London based subsidiary of a leading Global international broadcaster. Overseeing support for users based in UK, Poland, Budapest & Amsterdam. • Implemented ITIL processes within Service Desk environment, adapting to AMC business model, with solid experience of all helpdesk processes using ServiceNow, BCP planning and workload automation, Conducting service review meetings. • Strong hands on experience of PC, Mac OSX and iOS understanding and skillset, SCCM, JAMF Sharepoint, Server 2008/2012, Citrix, Windows 10 imaging, Office 365 suite, Office for Mac)- Fluent user of Microsoft Active Directory and tools and good knowledge of PC and MAC hardware desktops and laptops. • Planned and conducted office/dept moves and setups – from planning to execution to feedback • Experience of participating in internal and external security audits (including SOX) • Main IT buyer of all IT Kit for UK, Poland, Amsterdam and Budapest offices. • Providing high level support to over employees including Execs, VIP and C Level staff • Managing direct and indirect IT staff to deliver the high levels of service - including recruitment, setting objectives, 121, disciplinaries, appraisals training, goal setting and performance management. • Setup a Global End User Computing group involving working with global IT teams over compliance, purchasing, support and IT standardization • Regular travel to other business units to review service levels and working practises. • Researching, testing and implementing new technology • Service Catalogue creation with excellent experience of supplier, asset management • Operational experience of industry standard service management technologies • Experience on building a service delivery team for Europe and US • Working with project managers ensuring smooth transition from projects to business as usual • Providing cover for IT Director and other European IT Managers as required.
