   Leading the Omnichannel Engineering Consumer Technology Platform Operations team to support highly performant AT & T systems that deliver customer experience with multiple internet-facing eCommerce applications, databases, platforms, and technology stacks - AWS, Microsoft Azure, Code cloud, Jenkins, Salesforce, Java, Tomcat, Splunk, Dynatrace, Power Bi, Jira & Service Now. Drive Transformation efforts across Operations and closely manage the end-to-end release process for AT & T web applications including Integrated Testing model, Security testing with Static & Dynamic scans, Performance testing, Deployment strategies (canary testing etc.) and Site reliability engineering & monitoring. Manage critical customer-centric Program launches cross-functionally from initiation to post launch defect management and business communication. Partner with key engineering and product leaders to define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for teams and conduct regular check-ins to assess progress. Act as a liaison between Retail & Centers Business teams and Engineering to design & implement program solutions & manage vendor resources for support along with defining SLAs for incidents & critical Severity defects. Strategize & implement the architectural runway in support of new business features releases and capabilities and improve customer experience by providing end to end releases and deployments efficiently & effective incident management in case of any production issues. Provide team leadership & mentorship to direct and indirect reports and a professional, collaborative approach with vendor-partners to ensure accountability and performance. Lead the modernization of AT & T\'s Operational processes with built-in controls to enable a more seamless and automated way of continuously moving software changes into production.
