Designing Integrated Test Assemblies (ITAs) including but not limited to PCB designing, Cable Harness Design, BOM, wiring drawing and Interfaces between test station and UUT while meeting all the requirements for testing the module. • Completed multiple designs of PCB backplanes using Cadence schematic capture. • Created multilayer PCB, placed all the components, created power planes and routed all the signal traces (Differential and Single Ended) across the PCB while keeping cost of the PCB at a minimum. • Performed circuit simulation using LTSPICE and conducted derating analysis on the electrical components. Completed power integrity analysis using Hyperlink to identify the high current density areas across the power planes and vias and provide mitigation plan early in the design. • Presented designs in Preliminary and Critical Design reviews and brought the product to completion by releasing all the drawings.
