Do you remember a time when you wanted what you currently have?For me, that moment was in college when I dreamt of building, empathizing, and understanding people\'s needs. Now, with over five years of product marketing and market research experience, I am fortunate to do just that.I excel in uncovering and empathizing with customers through rigorous market research. I\'ve led product marketing and business planning research studies in the commercial and consumer space, answering key questions like: What are customers willing to pay? What unmet needs do they have? How can we best package product value to meet customer needs? For the past three years, I\'ve specialized in answering these questions as a Market Research Manager.My passion for the customer extends through my roles as a Product Marketing Manager and Business Planner. Through Microsoft\'s ACE Marketing Rotational Program, I gained invaluable experience in identifying features that address unmet customer needs, running design sprints, evaluating user journeys, and executing research. I also developed monetization strategies, pricing models, and business strategies to drive success.Guided by my core values of leaning, empathy, and perserverance, I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, equal education, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Serving on the board of the Out in Marketing employee group for 5+ years has allowed me to advocate for these causes within our company.
