About Ashlynn New
In May 2021, I completed a Master of Business Administration with a Health Analytics Certificate, and in December 2019 I gained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management. Throughout my collegiate career, I completed internships and received extensive introductions to different programs and coding (i.e. Excel, MySQL, Access, R coding, etc.), while also gaining leadership, communication, and other interpersonal skills along the way. In my professional career, I worked with the Department of Defense on the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) effort as a consultant with Oracle Health (previously Cerner). I had the opportunity to become an expert on supply chain workflows and unique configuration for each Military Treatment Facility (MTF). In the winter of 2023, I pivoted my career to work on procurement data with Kiewit. After 2 years, a successful data migration effort, many SQL scripts and power bi reports later, I had the opportunity to transition into my current role as a Supply Chain Specialist in the Power district.
