Hi readers,I am Advocate Ashly K. Prakash, working as an Associate at Lloyd & Johnson. I pursued an LLB from KMCT Law College, Kuttipuram, and have a specialisation in Maritime Law from Gujarat Maritime University. I always had an interest in international maritime law and followed the same as my career option by interning at the claims department of MSC Agency (India). After pursuing post-graduation, I joined Ally Maritime and Legal Services, Mumbai, as an Associate and got exposure to the Shipping industry and its practical aspects. Soon, I joined the Gujarat Maritime Board as a Senior Executive-Specialized in the Project Branch. At GMB, I was working with the Sagarmala Projects, an initiative by the Government of India to enhance the performance of the country\'s logistics sector. Also, I was working on the Gati Shakti Programme, the Okha Mandvi RoRo Ferry Service, MIV 2030, and matters related to GPLCL, GIDB, IPRCL and other projects.
