I started working at Koch in June 2013. I started my career in Accounts Payable for the first two and a half years at KBS. I gained a lot of knowledge and experience in this role but knew I had passions and skills that could possibly be utilized in other areas. I\'ve always had a passion for HR and was given the opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition Team in February 2016. After several years on the Talent Acquisition Team, I moved into an HR Specialist role supporting the Business HR Team for about 3 years. I am now on the Commercial Compliance Team as a Compliance Manager, I\'ve been in this role a little over 3 years. The thing I like most about Koch is they truly understand the need for employee fulfillment and utilizing the value and skills of their employees. With global employees, Koch, Inc. is one of the largest privately-held companies in America and has a presence in almost every state. You might not always see our name on the things you use, but we work each day to make products for better food, clothing, shelter, transportation, technologies and other necessities.
