I\'ve been fortunate in my career. I have overwhelming gratitude for the incredible mentors who have opened doors for me along the way. In some cases those doors were more like cracked windows that I managed to crawl through for a seat at the table, but nonetheless I have been supported in my ambitions at every turn. I know that I am privileged and believe that it is what I do with my privilege that is most important. I show up for my team, my organization, and the community we serve. I am a highly-motivated, goal-oriented healthcare leader with a proven record of developing, implementing and managing dynamic programs designed to address policy issues facing patient and provider communities. I am a purpose-driven and passionate advocate, eager to learn from the individuals most impacted by inadequately designed healthcare policies and systems. Working collaboratively with the limb loss and limb difference community and multidisciplinary stakeholders, I work to design solutions-oriented approaches to improving health equity for individuals living with limb loss or limb difference and am excited to engage with others along this journey who share the common goal of ending healthcare access challenges.
