About Ashlie Huston
I am fortunate to work in an industry, and with a company, who is focused on that which I am most passionate about, people! Not only do we offer career opportunities to build and grow agencies, we also protect what our clients value most. I work alongside the very best in our industry; those who care deeply, give back to their communities and build lifelong friendships with. To best serve our field and provide strategic growth for our company, I am engaged in many aspects of our business and program management. This allows the opportunity to influence areas of recruiting and selection strategy, onboarding and development implementation, employee engagement, corporate communications and team building. While I now live in NY state, I am proud of my Kansas roots. I received not only an education there earning my B.S. with a focus on Marketing and International Business (GO Wildcats #EMAW), but I also learned great lessons about life. I spend my free time running between my kid\'s volleyball, playing with my dogs, or when I really have time, I try new recipes. Mostly, I love spending time with family and friends.
