   Design systems to hardwire the knowledge base for employees to effectively know how to access disability resources required in the course of patient care. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these knowledge systems in actual disability care delivery. • Train and advise in accessibility, and the needs of people with disabilities, particularly as it relates to accessing healthcare services. • Provide responsibility and authority to build a community-based program for people with disabilities. • Develop and implement of training for professional and support staff within UPMC; • Identify, support, grow and maintain of a network of clinical sites that are fully accessible to people with disabilities. • Educate and guide senior and executive leadership on methods and practices required to serve UPMC\'s patients with disabilities and in partnership with Risk Management to ensure UPMC\'s compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines. • Develop, update, and maintain a curriculum of training in conjunction with faculty from the Institute of Rehabilitation Research, representatives from the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and other community programs. • Partner with operational leaders to investigate and conduct a root cause analysis of all serious complaints/breeches and implement improvements.
