I recently graduated from Oakland University with a degree in Supply Chain Management and just started my full-time role as a Supply Chain Specialist at Ryder. Before this, I interned at Brose North America where I supported the indirect purchasing team. I helped with RFQs, worked on cost analysis, and got hands on experience with supplier negotiations and continuous improvement efforts. Now at Ryder, I’m learning even more about logistics and operations and getting to apply what I studied in real world situations. I\'m excited to grow in this field, build strong supplier relationships, and keep finding ways to improve processes wherever I can.
