8 years in UX and I still get excited when a complex problem finally clicks into something simple.I’ve worked across agency, startup, and enterprise which basically means I’ve seen every flavor of chaos and know how to design through it. These days I’m at 7-Eleven working on store systems products, and before that I spent 6.5 years at an agency shipping everything from IoT platforms to global data aggregation mobile apps.I’m a people person through and through. PMs, engineers, stakeholders. I genuinely love the collaboration and I think it shows in how smoothly projects move when I’m involved. I’m the designer who makes handoff feel easy, not like a fire drill.My proudest work is Daikin HERO Cloud, an enterprise web app for remote HVAC diagnostics that I led from early concept all the way through launch.
