About Ashley Withers Hyman
As an educator with a background in health promotion and behavioral science, I am passionate about educating and training internal teams to support products aiding in improving one of the top determinants of health-socio-economic status. From a platform aiding students to demonstrate their potential for future job performance, to one that provides small businesses the ability to develop and maintain an online presence and now to one that helps companies to reach compliance standards, I grow teams to support customers in striving to be better and do better. As the 8th team member to join Portfolium, I was an integral part of the growth and success which ultimately lead to the acquisition by Instructure for $43 million in February of 2019. From business development, to implementations, and ultimately customer success, I walked the entire customer journey with Portfolium partners. As the face of Portfolium to our partners, I had the opportunity to utilize customer feedback and experience to provide guidance internally that enabled strategic growth decisions. In parallel, I supported our partners to solution best practices and adoption for their use cases of the Portfolium product. This experience provided a strong foundation for me to aid in the development and triumph of customer success teams for startups, educational technology companies and technology platforms alike.
