Triangle Spokes Group is a non-profit organization founded by Jenn Nowalk and Ashley Wilson in the Triangle area to ensure that all children in the Triangle have the privelege of having a brand new bicycle as a child. The organization raises money for bikes and distributes these bikes during the Holiday season. The distribution of bikes promotes exercise, play, and gives such a sense of freedom, pride and ownership to a child. What adult does not remember getting their first bicycle as a child? What a great feeling riding off alone down the street with the breeze blowing in your hair! How fun! Triangle Spokes Group makes sure that we give that privilege to as many children as we can in the Triangle each year.
