USAID funded $12 million Upper Lempa Watershed Project supporting municipal, national and transboundary institutions to effectively manage their water resources and address water security risks while conserving the environment to enable the Northern Central American Region to prosper in the face of increasing climate variability and migration. Directed all field office subawards/subcontracts, consultancy, procurement and logistics activities across El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras for the cooperative agreement, while ensuring compliance with governmental and organizational regulations and procedures. Managed $1.9 million in subawards/subcontracts, designated as the Security Focal Point, and formed part of Winrock’s essential closeout team for the Project.
