About Ashley Tsai
Hello! My name is Ashley Tsai, and I am a recent graduate from the University of California, Riverside. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems, I’ve gained hands-on experience across several sectors, including non-profits, design, and legal advocacy, which has shaped my interest in the intersection of law, media, and user-centered innovation. This past summer, I served as a Loveridge Fellow at the American Lung Association, where I supported policy and advocacy work that deepened my commitment to equitable health and legal systems. I’ve also interned with ReFrame (Women in Film x Sundance), where I contributed to gender-balanced production initiatives, and I\'ve held leadership roles in student government, legal organizations, and the AAPI community on campus. These roles have sharpened my communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Alongside this, I’ve led creative teams through my role as President of Design at UCR, where I launched a campus-wide Designathon and collaborated across technical and creative disciplines. Whether it’s through research, storytelling, or systems thinking, I’m driven by a desire to build inclusive, accessible experiences and spark meaningful conversations.
