As the Head of Community & Blog Manager at Stage 32, the world’s largest social network and educational platform for film, television, and digital creatives, I am dedicated to fostering a thriving global community while overseeing content strategy and engagement initiatives. My role involves acting as the internal advocate for over 1.2 million Stage 32 members, developing a deep understanding of their motivations, behaviors, and needs. Through daily interaction—posting, messaging, and facilitating discussions—I cultivate relationships and create a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring space for entertainment professionals worldwide.I lead the development and facilitation of virtual events that drive sustained member participation, ensuring that the Stage 32 community remains engaged, informed, and connected. I also oversee the Stage 32 Moderator Team, who help shape the platform’s culture.In addition to community leadership, I manage the Stage 32 Blog, editing and formatting daily blog posts.Beyond digital engagement, I spearhead in-person community-building efforts, organizing monthly networking events, supporting global Stage 32 meetups, and hosting the annual Stage 32 party at the Austin Film Festival.My efforts and attention to detail ensure that Stage 32 remains a welcoming and inclusive space where filmmakers, writers, and creatives feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. Through thoughtful moderation and relationship-building, I cultivate an environment that fosters meaningful connections, long-term retention, and ongoing professional growth while maintaining a respectful and toxic-free community.
