I graduated from NC State University in May 2020 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and have since channeled my skills into nonprofit operations and workforce development. Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations at E2D (Eliminate the Digital Divide), where I oversee programs that empower underrepresented communities by providing refurbished laptops and job training opportunities. My role allows me to combine my technical expertise with a commitment to building systems that foster equity, growth, and opportunity for all.    Oversee and facilitate grant programs, ensuring efficient administration and strict compliance with funding requirements, while optimizing grant utilization and successfully passing audits- Streamline HR and compliance processes, implementing best practices to enhance employee satisfaction and ensure adherence to regulatory standards- Enhance organizational productivity by developing and executing strategic initiatives that improve workflow and reduce project turnaround time- Manage three laptop refurbishment labs in Charlotte, NC, overseeing a team of over 75 staff consisting of lab technicians and supervisors to ensure operational excellence and high productivity- Coordinate with corporate donors to efficiently handle and process incoming computer donations, strengthening donor relationships and optimizing donation workflows.
