Building on the same solution I implemented at Deliveroo I led the solution design and delivery of the Domino’s “Domi” block templating end-to-end, enabling modular, reusable liquid email and CRM components and significantly reducing build time, enabling and increasing the use of dynamic content, transformed reporting significantly improving the availability of campaign level data within GA4 and BI reporting- I build a React.js Project Manager interface for CRM Technology / MarTech tickets and bigger projects initiatives, owning technical direction, delivery timelines, and stakeholder alignment across CRM Technology, frontend / backend engineering, and CRM Campaigns Squad- Architected a solution for a cloud based function–based voucher application and management, improving reliability, flexibility, and governance of promotional logic across CRM campaigns. Also freeing up voucher capacity enabling CRM campaigns to scale way beyond previous performance due to internal system constraints- Built a custom preference center poc, giving customers granular control over communications and preferences while supporting compliance and improving opt-in quality. Rolled out the ability for customer to tailor their content experience across push and email and therefore reducing unsubscribes and maintaining incrementality within our subscriber base- Introduced and embedded agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery, improving transparency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration within the CRM Tech Squad and wider team.React.js · Cloud Functions · APIs · CRM Automation · Agile / Scrum · Modular Content Block Templating · Preference Management.
