With a career spanning nonprofit leadership, management consulting, and business strategy, I help build systems that expand access to meaningful careers in a rapidly changing economy.My work focuses on-Education-to-employment systems: Strategies that connect learning with labor market demand through work-based learning, career-connected education, and talent development initiatives-Industry-led workforce strategy: Mechanisms that support sector intermediaries, employers, and public agencies to align education and training systems with evolving industry needs-Strategic advising: Insights that help public-sector leaders, policymakers, and philanthropic investors identify high-impact investments, policy opportunities, and cross-sector partnerships-Program design & scale: Strategies that help innovative apprenticeship and workforce programs grow from pilot to national scale-Systems change: Approaches that remove structural barriers and expand economic mobility for underserved communities.Over my career, I’ve-Founded and led Daring Girls, a nonprofit supporting girls annually and alumnae across four African countries—recipient of the UNESCO Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education-Served as founding COO of CareerWise Colorado, scaling a statewide youth apprenticeship system and advising national replication-Advised employers, sector intermediaries, state agencies, national nonprofits, and funders on workforce strategies across healthcare, tech, clean energy, and manufacturing-Supported a gubernatorial campaign to develop a future-ready workforce platform focused on affordability, AI-readiness, and improved career and wage outcomes for post-secondary learners-Worked at BCG, advising private and philanthropic clients on strategy, organizational design, and innovation across healthcare, global development, and manufacturing.As a strategist, builder, and operator, I work at the intersection of workforce innovation, public-private partnership, and systems change.
