   Sales Cloud | Service Cloud Reports directly to R&D and Product Marketing. Started as a JR Admin with day to day care and maintenance of Salesforce. Managing users, business processes and approvals. Works with Product Managers to maintain product SKU, specs & pricing across multiple market segments with complex pricing. System is used for order entry and tiered pricing approvals. Company’s largest usage of Salesforce is to track complaints, initiating product return and close the gap for completing customer credit. Also manages warranty claims and settlements. Became primary Admin in 2021 and now managing projects around business processes.Users: Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Product Managers, Spec Engineers, Tech Engineers, Shipping, Quality, Plant Managers, Supply & Business Analysts, Credit Dept.
