About Ashley Thill

Strategic, growth-minded executive with healthcare and population health expertise combining data with customer and industry insight to create, optimize, and scale strategies that maximize financial ROI and competitive market value. Experienced across Business Development, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing with cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, UX, Operations, Clinical, and Finance. Experienced multilevel relationship and partnership builder in uncovering and acting on solutions for business and community needs in North America\'s healthcare, government, Veteran Affairs, education, payer, and Indigenous relations, uniquely positioned to elevate the ecosystem voices to achieve whole-person + family + community health and wellness. 🤝 As a people manager and individual doer, I leverage my entrepreneurial curiosity, big-picture thinking, and passionate relationship-building to grow product and service solutions while actively listening to customer and market demands. I lead, develop, and coach highly engaged teams to deliver exceptional results and empower them to identify and solve inefficiencies for the business and customer. 🧠 Through my MPH experience, I enhanced my population health lexicon and acquired scientific skill development and models. Applying practical application solutions - real-world experiences/learnings to the research and theories - was one of my strengths during the program. For example, I researched, wrote, and presented a digital data collection proposal using NIH novel grant criteria titled Mobile-based Ecological Momentary Assessments and Wearable Device Data to Inform Future Mental Health Early Interventions for Those Living with ALS and Care Support Network. MY VISION Reimagine healthcare to focus on the health, wellness, and healing lifespan to empower people to move from surviving to thriving from one generation to the next while meeting them where they are along their journey. I am interested in the leadership and management business intersection of precision care, digital health, digital medicine, and multilevel root-cause health and wellness to maximize multidimensional ROI for individuals, families, employers, and society.
