As the founder of Medley Inc, an award-winning agency, I’ve dedicated my career to helping brands grow their visibility, amplify their voice, and authentically connect with diverse audiences across the globe.In 2009, I launched Medley with a vision to merge traditional PR with the power of emerging digital platforms, just as social media was beginning to transform the way we communicate. Since then, I’ve had the honor of leading campaigns for organizations like Major League Baseball, AT & T, The Obama Foundation, and Kroger, helping them achieve their marketing and communications goals.In 2025, Medley was named Mid-Size Agency of the Year by PRSA Houston and received the Pinnacle Award at the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce Awards Gala—a reflection of our team’s commitment to excellence, impact, and innovation.My work has been featured by Fast Company, ABC, FOX, and the Canada Broadcast Network, and I’ve been recognized as one of Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, a Greater Houston Partnership HYPE Impact Business Leader, and a Woman in the Fast Lane by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce. I’m also proud to be an alumna of both the Goldman Sachs Small Businesses program and Leadership Houston.Beyond my agency work, I’ve served on the boards of the Memorial Park Conservancy, Women Empowering Nations, and the I’m Me Foundation.
