Coordinate all arrangements to grant the wishes of approximately 500 visiting wish children and their families annually. Manage forecast spreadsheets to track the progress of upcoming wishes and ensure timely execution. Serve as the primary emergency contact for families throughout their trip, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. Develop and foster partnerships with local vendors to contribute to the wish-making process, while collaborating with existing vendors to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Make-A-Wish. Support the Wish Manager and VP of Mission and Delivery in updating wish statistics for reporting and performance analysis.
