With almost two decades of experience in higher education, I serve as a Pathways Advisor at Alvin College, guiding students through academic and technical pathways. My role involves advising students in certificate and associate degree programs, interpreting standardized testing results, and assisting in academic planning, career decisions, and transfer requirements. My expertise includes academic advising, student affairs, and conflict management, supported by a certification in mediation. I am passionate about empowering students to achieve their academic and career goals while ensuring they meet key benchmarks for success.
