In these roles I\'ve leveraged data, user-focused design, and emerging technologies to optimize effectiveness, streamline operations, and deliver measurable outcomes that make a difference.At my core, I’m a builder: of teams, systems, strategy, and culture. Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled teams from the ground up, led global product initiatives, and driven transformation at both startups and large organizations. I\'ve had the opportunity to launch an internal research team at an EU-based company, build and manage a quantitative methods center within graduate division at UC Riverside, integrate cutting-edge AI in workflows to accelerate productivity, and co-design a global internal learning program that reached 300+ employees.
