About Ashley Foston

Ashley Foston is an Alumna of Howard University with a B.B.A. in Marketing with a concentration in Market Research and Decision-Making. She is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. A fun fact about her is that she loves iced coffee and her two cats, JT and Prince!In her time at Howard University, Ashley served as the Head Manager of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) and In-Game Entertainment for the Men’s Basketball team. She was responsible for training managers to find and secure NIL deals for players and the team while working directly with Program Creative Director, Will McKinley, to find and secure NIL deals for the team and players. She also coordinates in-game promotions with team partners and games for fans to play throughout the season!Ashley also served as the Programming Director for the Howard University Undergraduate Student Assembly (UGSA). In this role, she planed and executed important school events such as Freshman Week, SpringFest, and other recurring events. Ashley oversees 9 committees that execute 25-30 events per semester while supporting her executive board with special programming. Ashley Foston is pursuing opportunities in Player Engagement, Fan Experience, and Event Coordination.
