I’m a Principal Consultant and Technical Architect specialising in interoperability, digital transformation, and AI-driven innovation across healthcare and the public sector.Over the past eight years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams delivering national-scale solutions — including the NHS COVID Pass, Pharmacy First (Update Record), the Interoperable Medicines Standard (DAPB4013), and genomics integration programmes — each designed to make data flow safely, securely, and meaningfully across the NHS.I bridge policy, clinical practice, and technical architecture, ensuring that the systems we build are scalable, standards-based, and impactful — from HL7 FHIR and SNOMED CT to emerging data and AI platforms.Now, I’m focused on the next generation of interoperability — using automation and intelligent orchestration to accelerate digital maturity across health and care. I work with organisations to integrate AI responsibly, streamline workflows with platforms like n8n, and translate complex strategy into usable, human-centred solutions.Outside of work, I volunteer as an Assistant Section Leader with The Scouts, helping young people develop teamwork, resilience, and leadership — values that continue to shape how I lead projects and people alike.
