Create opportunities for Maine student-athletes grades 3-12 who compete in cross country and track and field· Oversee and implement scholarship distribution, community outreach initiatives, and general fundraising campaigns for the organization·Ensured financing for five local student-athletes to alleviate financial burdens associated with traveling to regional and national meets ·Create coaching professional development program to allow and provide the opportunity for middle and high school coaches to attend workshops and clinics.·Guide fundraising efforts resulting in awarding over in college scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Maine for the last six years·Manage social media and website content·Established and nurtured partnerships with Olympia Sports, New Balance Factory Store, and Fleet Feet Maine Running to provide high quality gear to outfit approximately 400 local student-athletes https://arunningpassion.org/
