Sr. Talent Development Specialist (Sr. Organizational Development Specialist) Manages global new hire preboarding, onboarding, and training program. Delivers training updates (systems, procedures, and policies) to global stakeholders using a variety of delivery modalities. Creates and publishes scalable training programming. Designs highly engaging training materials to reflect changes of business needs. Redesigns templates, guides, videos, and other supportive materials. Delivers live new hire orientation sessions for the United States. Delivers multiple live new hire events with executive leaders, culture leaders, and supportive teams. Designs and delivers training materials through self-paced learning and e-learning assets. Updates the learning management system with new hire events and content. Builds and maintains trusted partnerships with global teams as is essential for success. Work with teams and stakeholders to identify and define areas for improvements for program. Takes a deep dive into new hire feedback and data to improve onboarding program. Able to lead others through organizational change such as leadership changes, mergers and acquisitions, and a rebrand. Along with changes in policies and processes as necessary. Have a positive, proactive and adaptable attitude.
