About Ashley Pak

My journey started in the hospitality industry, where I built a strong foundation in customer service and leadership. However, after years of dedication, I realized my well-being needed more attention. This reignited my passion for fitness, leading me to transition out of the hotel world and into a more fulfilling path, teaching fitness classes and embracing a lifestyle centered around health and wellness.Not long after, I found my way into association management, where I could maintain a better work-life balance. Today, as the Director of Learning Operations at the International Coaching Federation, I lead with wellness in mind, combining strong character and a playful spirit—values that have shaped a supportive, successful environment.Recognized as a NextGen Scholar by ASAE and an active member of the Young Professionals Advisory Committee, I am passionate about advancing the field of association management. My background in hospitality gives me a fresh, creative approach to member engagement and development.Whether leading a team of two or eighty, I bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge, striving to make a positive impact. I’m excited for what lies ahead and look forward to continuing to innovate and contribute to the field of Learning and Development.
