From tracking thousands of research files at the University of Nebraska Medical Center to revamping onboarding and launching mentorship programs at Fusion Medical Staffing, I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can blend strategy with heart. Now, as an Organizational Development Consultant at Nebraska Medicine, I get to do just that, supporting leadership programs, facilitating team workshops, and rethinking how we deliver learning in a way that actually sticks. Whether it\'s shifting a schedule to better serve 3rd shift leaders or reworking a development track to make it more sustainable, I’m focused on making learning meaningful and accessible. Rooted in psychology and driven by curiosity, I love collaborating across teams to solve problems, spark engagement, and build cultures where people feel seen and supported.
