ABOUT ASHLEY NOKES

Hi, I’m Ashley I’m currently the Head of Infosec at the lovely legal tech SaaS software provider, Autologyx. I lead the charge on protecting systems and data and I’m also the friendly neighbourhood DPO here.I’ve got a load of experience in ISO27001 and now SOC2, but a big focus of my time right now is AI governance, given its huge uptake around the world! I’m trying to stay ahead of the curve on that one Prior to joining Autologyx, I also looked after information security at SaleCycle, whose products focussed on marketing technology. After a while there I became the Technical Delivery Director, where I embedded Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to drive cross-functional teams and deliver results as efficiently as possible. My favourite part of this was turning the technical talk into something for stakeholders to understand, making the value of new features or products really clear.Underneath it all, I\'m a qualified Internal Auditor (CMIIA & CIA) with experience in the internal audit of highly regulated sectors, provision of data compliance assurance, compliance performance monitoring & reporting.Oh and I’m also a Parent Governor for Seaburn Dene Primary in my spare time!
